Client Relationship Consultant
Job Summary
As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will provide exceptional client service while managing sales and service activities in a branch environment. Your role includes assisting clients with financial transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, processing loan applications, and offering tailored banking solutions. You will identify client needs, recommend appropriate financial products, and refer clients to specialized services such as commercial lending, treasury management, mortgage lending, and investment services. Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client engagement are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
- Open new accounts, verify client information, and update existing accounts
- Provide financial guidance by analyzing client needs and recommending banking products
- Assist clients with loan applications and ensure proper documentation
- Perform account maintenance and respond to inquiries or issues
- Identify and facilitate referrals to other financial service teams
- Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service
Qualifications
- 1 years of banking, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and recommend appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
