About the Role:
Our Insurance Customer Service Representative role is designed to equip you with all the tools and training you need to excel β no prior insurance experience required!
β Paid Six-Month Training Program β Including comprehensive materials, hands-on practice, and dedicated support.
β We Pay for Your Licensing β All study materials and up to three exam attempts are covered to help you obtain your Property & Casualty License.
β Flexible Work Environment β After your initial 6 months in-office, enjoy the flexibility of working 2 days remotely each week.
β Shift Differential Bonus β Earn 15% extra pay for shifts after 6:00pm CST and on weekends.
What You'll Do:
π― Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members through inbound and outbound phone calls.
π Provide expert advice on insurance products, from quotes and new policies to renewals and billing inquiries.
π Identify member needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure financial security.
π₯οΈ Use multiple systems to manage customer requests efficiently.
π‘οΈ Maintain your Property & Casualty License to support members across different states.
What We're Looking For:
βοΈ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
βοΈ Strong customer service skills with clear, professional communication.
βοΈ Ability to manage multiple tasks while navigating various business applications.
βοΈ A passion for helping others with financial protection solutions.
Preferred Skills:
π 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
π 6 months of experience communicating frequently with customers via phone, email, or in person.
π Military experience (whether you served or are a military spouse/partner) is highly valued.

Schedule:
ποΈ Training: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts within 8:00am β 6:00pm.
ποΈ Post-Training: Flexible 4 or 5-day schedules, including weekends.
