What You’ll Do:

As a Business Insurance Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for small business clients looking to safeguard their operations. You’ll provide expert advice and match them with personalized coverage options—no high-pressure selling involved.

• Handle inbound inquiries from entrepreneurs and business owners
• Recommend policy options using a range of carriers and tools
• Guide clients through coverage choices with empathy and accuracy
• Manage follow-ups and maintain detailed records in multiple systems
• Collaborate with underwriters and partner teams for seamless service

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance, sales, or financial services
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various platforms

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years in Commercial Lines insurance, especially new business
• Experience quoting and binding across multiple providers
• Familiarity with Salesforce or insurance CRM platforms
• Previous call center or remote customer service background
• Multi-state licensing is a plus

Your Schedule:

• Full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CT)
• Paid onboarding & training (13–15 weeks, M–F, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT)
• Remote work, with occasional in-person meetings or travel
