What Youβll Do
β Be the Voice of Support β Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and more, providing guidance on insurance policies, billing, and coverage.
β Offer Expert Advice β Apply your knowledge to help customers find the right insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
β Navigate & Solve Issues β Use advanced tools and resources to resolve inquiries efficiently and minimize transfers.
β Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment β Work in a contact center setting, handling multiple customer interactions while delivering outstanding service.
β Maintain Required Licenses β Successfully obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license before your start date (materials and fees covered).

What Sets You Apart

Work Schedule & Compensation
π Training Schedule: Monday β Friday, 9:30 AM β 6:00 PM (Local Time)
π Post-Training: 5-day workweek (may include weekends), shifts between 7:00 AM β 8:00 PM (weekends until 6:00 PM)
π° Starting Salary: $46,135 - $48,635 (varies by experience & location)
β¨ Shift Differential Pay: 15% for hours worked after 6:00 PM and weekends
