What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist members with policy quotes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage
recommendations .
Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining an engaging and professional customer interaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain your Property & Casualty license .
Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to ensure their financial security.
What You Need to Succeed
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (or Personal Lines license) in your state of residence.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or sales.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment .
- A passion for helping others and providing clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance .
