What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality service and guidance to members across phone, email, and chat
- Support sales, policy updates, billing inquiries, and product recommendations for auto and property insurance
- Manage policyholder questions from simple requests to more complex account resolutions
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while ensuring each customer interaction is thorough and empathetic
- Maintain state-specific Property & Casualty licensing requirements
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure the best outcomes for clients
Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You hold an active P&C or Personal Lines license in your state (or are eligible to transfer)
- You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, or a financial services setting
- You’re confident navigating various software tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- You’re a clear communicator who listens with care and aims to help
- Military spouses and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
