The Opportunity

We provide a structured learning experience and invest in your development. Our comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program includes all necessary materials, interactive discussions, practical exercises, online learning modules, and expert guidance to equip you to independently support our clientele. We offer new training cohorts every month.
Their in-office development program provides the necessary training and support to cultivate a proactive and independent approach to client service. Following the initial six-month in-office period, you'll have the option to work remotely two days per week. Specific in-office days are determined collaboratively between employees and their managers. Work schedules will vary and may include some weekend shifts. We strongly encourage applications from military veterans and their spouses. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Applicants in the Phoenix area must successfully complete and pass the Property & Casualty (P&C) state licensing exam before their start date. We provide all study materials and cover the state license exam fees for up to three attempts.
Working alongside other Insurance Client Support Representatives in our Phoenix location, you will operate within established guidelines to provide client service, sales, and retention support for their personal line property and casualty products. You will interact with clients across multiple contact channels (e.g., inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media) to provide appropriate coverage and guidance to ensure their financial security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Apply developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist clients with quotes, new business, policy management, billing, and coverage inquiries.
- Identify and understand client needs, providing accurate advice and solutions, including product and service information.
- Utilize available tools and resources to support clients with assistance.
- Effectively operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems while engaging with clients across various channels.
- Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory policies.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service through clear and professional communication via phone and email.
