What You’ll Do:
📊 Analyze and interpret cargo loss data to identify trends and claim opportunities.
🔍 Research and validate delivery exceptions using Business Intelligence tools.
📦 Work cross-functionally with Fulfillment, Delivery, Customer Service, and 3PL providers.
📑 Prepare and file claims with accuracy while ensuring timely resolutions.
📈 Monitor and improve courier performance by conducting proof-of-delivery audits.
⚡ Handle ad hoc projects and shift focus to meet business needs.
What You Bring:
✔ Experience: 1-3 years in Claims, Transportation, or Logistics/Supply Chain.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) & Microsoft Suite.
✔ Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and drive solutions.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for collaboration.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
