Responsibilities:
- Supervise Social Workers (if applicable), providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Educate and guide facility staff on resident advocacy and the protection and promotion of resident rights.
- Fulfill all supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Prepare work assignment sheets and ensure efficient task delegation.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in all job-related duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- One year of supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a healthcare setting.
- Current and active Social Work license in the state.
