Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager, HR Data & Analytics to lead the HR reporting and analytics function. This role will develop strategies to analyze HR data, provide insights for decision-making, and improve reporting tools and systems. The manager will collaborate across departments to align HR data strategies with business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership (50%)
- Lead and develop the HR analytics and reporting team.
- Create and execute a people analytics strategy to drive efficiency and insights.
- Work with HR teams to improve data processes and reporting tools.
- Establish best practices for HR analytics across the organization.
People Analytics & Reporting (50%)
- Identify key HR metrics and develop measurement methodologies.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop predictive models to support workforce planning.
- Create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Serve as the business process owner for HR data and analytics.
Technology & Market Research
- Implement analytics solutions to enhance HR data capabilities.
- Research industry trends and best practices to improve HR analytics.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience leading teams and setting HR analytics strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create dashboards and reports using HR data.
- Proficiency in HR technology (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- People Analytics certification.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
