What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to roll out people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Guide managers and team leads in employee relations, performance conversations, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent initiatives including compensation reviews, benefits, training, and performance management cycles.
- Assist in sourcing and staffing efforts by partnering with recruitment teams on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Promote a workplace that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion through proactive engagement and thoughtful programs.
- Monitor employee engagement levels, support feedback processes, and take action on improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations and help resolve sensitive workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between employees and third-party providers for matters like Workers’ Compensation and transitional duty programs.
- Keep the team informed and compliant with labor laws, internal policies, and best practices.
- Recommend and deliver internal training to strengthen leadership skills and professional development.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience; leadership or supervisory exposure is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP is highly desirable.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred (or a commitment to obtaining it).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Salary : $95,000 - $114,000
