Human Resource Generalist

What You’ll Do:

✅ Provide employee relations guidance to employees and management, ensuring fairness and consistency.

✅ Oversee HR transactions in collaboration with a shared services team.

✅ Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, updating policies as needed.

✅ Support hiring, onboarding, and training to enhance the employee experience.

✅ Investigate and resolve employee-related issues, complaints, and disputes.

✅ Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.

✅ Support employee engagement initiatives that align with company values.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

🔹 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of HR Generalist experience or a related combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of FMLA, LOA, and federal/state employment laws.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee relations matters.
• Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• PHR/SHRM certification.
• Experience building strong partnerships with leadership.
