✔ Lead and develop high-impact teams specializing in retirement income solutions

What You Bring to the Table
✅ Proven leadership experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning & annuities
✅ Strong background in team management, coaching, and strategic operations
✅ Deep understanding of investment advisory services and financial products
✅ Required or willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65), 24, and 51 (or 53) licenses
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
