Your Role as Director of Retirement Income
As the leader of this team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational success and fostering positive outcomes for our members. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and developing multiple teams of Retirement Income Specialists to provide expert financial advice and retirement planning solutions
✅ Driving strategic initiatives by analyzing current processes and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service
✅ Collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflow, enhance productivity, and improve member experience
✅ Providing mentorship and coaching to empower your team to meet performance goals and excel in their roles
✅ Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including FINRA, Securities Compliance, and internal company policies
✅ Championing change and removing obstacles to help your team excel
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated leader with a proven track record of driving results and developing high-performing teams. Key qualifications include:
✔️ 8 years of experience in financial services, operations, or process improvement
✔️ 4 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial products such as annuities, life insurance, or retirement income solutions
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Total of 12 years without a degree)
✔️ Ability to obtain the following licenses within 90 days of hire: Life/Health, FINRA Series 7, Series 66, Series 24, and Series 51
Preferred Skills and Experience
🌟 Active FINRA Series 7, 66, 24, and 51 licenses
🌟 Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) or Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation
🌟 MBA or Master’s Degree in a financial or business-related field
🌟 Previous experience leading teams in a Direct Distribution Channel or Call Center Environment
🌟 Extensive experience with Retirement Planning or Annuities
