Senior Analyst, Finance - Sales & Marketing
Role Summary
A key opportunity exists for a Finance Business Analyst specializing in Sales and Marketing to contribute significantly to financial planning, reporting, and analytical activities supporting field-based sales teams and marketing functions. This role will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights, constructing financial models, and performing return-on-investment evaluations to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, tracking performance against established targets and projections.
- Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist management in the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes, analyzing deviations and identifying key performance trends.
- Sales and Marketing Financial Support: Provide financial analysis related to sales programs and marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing the return on investment (ROI) of these activities.
- Expense Management: Track and analyze expenditures related to sales, marketing, and general business operations, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Return on Investment Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales strategies by analyzing their financial impact and offering recommendations for future improvements.
- Data Modeling and Insight Generation: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and various scenario analyses.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally with exposure to supporting sales, marketing, or general corporate expenses.
- Experience working within a fast-paced and evolving business environment is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with enterprise planning software is a plus.
