What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor in-office providers.
- Support provider professional development.
- Partner with the Office Manager.
- Oversee office operations and HR functions.
- Manage a patient panel (acute, chronic, and wellness visits).
- Provide in-office and telehealth patient care.
- Participate in Clinical Rounds and continuous learning.
- Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
What You'll Need:
- Completed Internal or Family Medicine residency.
- 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or residency within the last 5 years).
- 1 year provider team management experience.
- Board certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Washington state license.
