Senior Backend Engineer – Go & AWS

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services with an emphasis on performance, resilience, and security.
- Build and scale APIs that power our cloud-based platforms using modern microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features that support our core products.
- Lead initiatives to optimize our infrastructure and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior developers while promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
Your Toolbox:
- Languages: Go, Java (plus any modern backend language you’re fluent in)
- Cloud: AWS (or equivalent experience with GCP or Azure)
- Databases: NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB), and open-source RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tools

What You Bring:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of backend development experience in a production environment
