Position Overview:

Additionally, you will foster strong partnerships with operational leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive global recruitment strategy to attract and secure top talent across all levels of the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Guide, develop, and mentor talent acquisition professionals across the company, equipping them with skills to support future growth and a people-first approach.
- Oversee mentorship and development for early career program participants, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters success and belonging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and launch creative and impactful talent attraction campaigns.
- Define and report on talent acquisition performance metrics; leverage data to drive continuous improvements and optimize results.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop global hiring policies and processes to ensure compliance with regional laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring high-quality services and alignment with hiring needs, working closely with procurement and legal teams as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing international talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines.
- Experience with traditional and modern recruitment technologies within a global framework.
- Background in leading early career programs, including internships and rotational assignments.
- At least eight years of experience in HR, with a minimum of five years specifically in recruiting or talent acquisition.

- Experience overseeing third-party recruiting partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with an ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role is located at the company’s New Brighton office. The salary range for this position is between $114,200 and $171,300, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
