Technical Business Analyst
Salary: $90,000 - $108,000 per year
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our Cloud Platform team and investment operations. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure system performance, improve processes, and develop scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Portfolio Management teams, including Portfolio Accounting, Security Operations, and Trading Operations.
- Monitor production platforms for system health and operational readiness.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, technology teams, and vendors.
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend solutions.
- Define user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle and process automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in Wealth or Investment Management Technology.
- Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management platforms (Accounting, Order Generation, Performance & Reporting).
- Strong knowledge of Portfolio Management concepts (Positions, Trades, Securities).
- Ability to analyze situations, develop creative solutions, and showcase a proactive ownership mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
