Job Description
The Global Product Manager for PCDs will be responsible for the growth and overall performance of the Process Challenge Device (PCD) business. The successful candidate will work with significant independence and authority to optimally support internal and external customer needs with innovative, reliable, and effective PCDs.
Education and experience :
Required :
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Managed a product from inception to completion
- Product development experience
- Business Development and Account Management capability
- Comprehensive understanding of product ownership, including development, production, supply chain, and market launch
- Proven ability to drive results from peers and stakeholders without direct reporting authority

Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office and laboratory environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, computer mouse, telephones, photocopiers, projectors and file cabinets.
Occasional travel during the business day. Some out-of-the area and overnight travel may be expected. May be required to attend trade shows, seminars and conferences.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to stand / walk for 10% of the day and 90% of the day sitting at a desk or on the computer. Must be able to attend trade shows, seminars, and conferences. Must be able to occasionally lift a maximum of 45lbs. May require modified work hours to cover travel and work in other time zones.
Pay & Benefits
Salary Range : $87,500 - $142,000 per year; depending on experience.
