Agent Assistant Daily Duties:
Have meeting with marketing to go over systems
Learn how to prepare Monthly Newsletter for Primary Agent
Learn Active Pipe
Learn EELE
Learn Concierge and Dashboard & enter data
Read Suffolk vision report every Fri to learn sold data
Learn search functionality of Suffolk vision
Know tax map books in office and how to use them
Read the day book every day
Read the weekly meeting notes from every office every week
Read open houses every morning
Read new listings every morning
Read daysheet every night
Visit Open Houses to learn the inventory
Attend every weekly meeting
Connect with other SIR agents
Remember to have “Two ears one mouth”
Listen, learn, absorb best practices of your peers
Do social media
Manage agent website
Attend national learning calendar offerings
Learn social media
Learn brand instants
Learn Social media cheat sheet
Read about the brand
Follow SIR Hamptons on Instagram
Follow SIR YouTube channel
Follow Auction house events and social media
Familiarize yourself with every listing SIR Hamptons has

Agent Assistants must check in frequently with primary Agent to try to get ahead of issues
Always be proactive and report back to primary agent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
