We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team here at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, focusing on real estate property listings and agent marketing initiatives. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including the creation and management of both print and digital advertising campaigns, content development for social media platforms, and collaboration with agents to enhance their marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact local, domestic, and global advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms, adhering to Sotheby’s Brand Style Guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with agents to create tailored marketing materials that amplify their individual efforts across various digital platforms and print media.
- Stay current with company and brand content changes, guiding agents to appropriate resources for their marketing needs.
- Create and edit multimedia and print assets for promotional content using internal marketing platforms, including video production, photography, animations, and interactive PDFs.
- Utilize and integrate relevant AI technologies to support agents in their marketing efforts.
- Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives outlined by brokerage management, supporting culture and company-based initiatives from concept to completion.
- Assist in establishing efficient workflows to streamline internal print production processes and maintain familiarity with in-house printer capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience in both print production and digital space
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and general office platforms, adaptability to internal marketing software and platforms in a cross-collaboration environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new creative, content, tracking progress of projects to completion and designate to agent or appropriate media placement.
- Experience in real estate or with a luxury goods, services or hospitality company is not required, but strongly encouraged
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work within strict deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, AI integration and application, graphic design and print advertising.
- Excellent creative and production acumen.
