Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling Daily.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop and maintain a client database through networking and prospecting.
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork, including contracts and leases.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and closing statements under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Stay updated with local and national real estate trends and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
