OUR SEAVILLE NJ LOCATION IS LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME CHEF DE CUISINE TO BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM.
ABILITY TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT NEW ITEMS FOR THE MENU ASIDE FROM SPECIALS.

Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels as needed.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement menus, considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management and food preparation
- Strong background in food service management and kitchen operations
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising and team management
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and food production techniques
