Main purpose of the position
This position is responsible for coordinating trade shows, market events, and exhibits in collaboration with the sales team and event contacts, while measuring the success of each event to ensure they meet business goals and drive customer engagement. Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Key areas of responsibilities and accountability
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Planning & Execution : Take the lead in planning and executing trade shows, exhibits, and events that align with business goals. Ensure each event delivers a memorable experience and drives results.
- Inventory & Coordination : Manage internal trade show inventory via SAP and work closely with the Product Manager to ensure seamless integration of new products.
- Project Management : Create and manage detailed project plans, including event timelines, promotions, equipment requirements, and coordination with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Flawless Execution : Ensure every event is executed to perfection—handling everything from branding and lead generation to vendor management and data capture.
- Enhance Interactivity : Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging product demos and interactive experiences that captivate attendees.
- Extend Digital Reach : Partner with the Digital Manager to maximize event reach through digital platforms and social media, driving visibility and engagement.
- Event Analysis & Insights : Assess event performance based on key metrics (ROI, leads generated, business impact) and provide actionable insights to optimize future events.
- Post-Event Reporting : Prepare and present detailed post-event reports to stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Industry Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and competitor strategies in the event and trade show space.
- Additional duties assigned as necessary.
