Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office technologies.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and handle phone systems efficiently to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and organize calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • File documents accurately and ensure that all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in dental receptionist duties, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
  • Support office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Office Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Experience in customer service settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.85 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Secretary work: 4 years (Required)
