POSITION PURPOSE

The Marketing Director will lead our company's marketing efforts, bringing essential experience in the service and manufacturing industries. In this role, you will evaluate and develop marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and position our company's brands effectively in the market. You will guide the marketing department, ensuring alignment with company objectives while working closely with the sales department to develop strategies that maximize profits and market share. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining our competitive edge within these dynamic industries.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage and coordinate marketing department.
  • Evaluate and develop our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing and public relations efforts.
  • Communicate the marketing plan.
  • Research demand for our products and services as well as competitors.
  • Content vision, intuition, design and writing.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Develop campaigns including digital and print brochures, direct mail, Email Chimp, social media.
  • Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Company website, CRM and vehicle refresher.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Sales Team Collaborator, supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Organize company trade shows, conferences, and major events.

  • Regional Sponsorship Coordinator
  • Charitable Coordinator
  • Apparel Coordinator
  • Engineering Team Collaborator

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises applicable Marketing team members.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications.
  • Proven work experience running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
  • High competency in project and stakeholder management.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills, a positive and professional attitude.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media marketing, content marketing and CRM.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
