Our client, a cybersecurity company, is looking for a Product Manager. The company provides Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions using patented First Packet Authentication™ technology to secure networks from unauthorized access.
As the Product Managers you will act as a focal point for the product development process within the organization. You will be the voice of the customer within the company, and work with stakeholders to enhance and improve the product long-term positioning for the benefit of its users.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Participate in ideating, defining, and tracking features adhering to established roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Help define the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and QA to flesh out functional and UX/UI features.
- Work within an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Work with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience,
- support, and monitoring for customers.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance. Product Managers Skills
- Balance of technical knowledge, familiarity with market trends in the Cybersecurity, IT or OT domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other related technological fields
- background or training and in product management
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Working knowledge of product development architecture.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with different stakeholders.
- PMP certifications is a plus.
