Role Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in marketing automation platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of creating and managing successful automated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation Strategy and Implementation:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys using the marketing automation platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing automation campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Conduct A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
• Manage segmentation and targeting to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences.

Data Management and Integration:

• Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the marketing database.
• Work with IT and CRM teams to integrate marketing automation platform with other systems, such as CRM and analytics tools.
• Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to marketing team members on the marketing automation platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• (Preferred but not required) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years or more experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or a related field.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Equity-Based Compensation Opportunity:

As part of the SOULCHI team, you'll take part in our equity-based compensation model, aligning your success with the success of our business. After much research we have found the fairest equity model for a startup. We use the Slicing Pie model. First phase is equity-based only, which we are currently in. Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. In the second phase, which happens at the break-even point, the equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage and compensation switches to salary benefits. Your equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to own a piece of the future.
