Soft Skills Needed: Honest, loyal, driven, and open minded. Go-getter, with a hunter mentality sales personality. Team player. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a professional appearance.
Background Desired: 2 years successful sales record in meeting or exceeding sales goals. If experience is in the printing, signage and/or marketing communications field, that is a plus.
Work Environment:
--Workspace at the corporate office, phone number and computer will be provided. Working off-site is permitted after initial training is completed (3 months) and the Account Manager is efficient in navigating all internal systems. Presence at a corporate office will be required for certain client meetings as well as some internal meetings.
--Training will be provided on our MIS and CRM systems and business processes.
Develop and Grow a Client Database:
--Soulo will provide the tools you need to succeed in selling.
--Soulo will share online leads that come in through our marketing efforts.
--Soulo will assign you a CSR that will train you in our process and procedures.
Position Summary:
--You will work closely with our Sales Leader to learn the strategy of selling Soulo as a Strategic Value Proposition Company.
--You will work closely with our Marketing Services department to gather research and knowledge on your customers and prospects.
--You will provide your CSR correct and thorough information for each project to guarantee its success.
--You will spend a significant portion of time hunting for new business opportunities.
--Your primary focus will be to locate, develop and maintain sales accounts.
--Focus on identifying contacts for each service division, within a company, to cross sell/up sell.
--Set up appointments with key decision makers within an organization and position Soulo as a Strategic Value Proposition Company.
--Convert prospects to customers and nurture the relationships.
--Attend and participate in a weekly sales meeting.
--Record daily activity within our CRM documenting your daily contacts with prospects/customers and meetings planned.
--Lean on internal leaders to help support you in selling our services.
--Join a networking group to secure warm introductions to key people within certain organizations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Details:
--Pay: Sliding scale salary (based on experience) plus commissions.
--Mileage, $40 towards your cell phone, plus reasonable/approved expenses reimbursed.
