Position Summary:
The Business Development & Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders to enhance our engagement with current and past clients, ensuring they are aware of the full range of our offerings. By leveraging marketing tools and relationship-building strategies, you will play a pivotal role in driving repeat business and increasing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional projects with current and past clients.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Create tailored solutions and communicate our capabilities to existing clients to inspire future projects.
- Reach out to past clients to share updates on new products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain documentation of client interactions, ensuring effective follow-up and tracking of opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry expos to foster connections and showcase the company’s expertise.
Marketing Support:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to implement campaigns that target existing and past clients, encouraging repeat business.
- Monitor client feedback, focusing on customer success stories/testimonials and reviews.
- Provide input on promotional strategies and special offers to maximize client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a client-focused business development or marketing role, preferably in the print or signage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and foster loyalty.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
