Your compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $69,600 - $87,400 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $69,600 - $104,400.

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with operational partners to gather requirements, provide expertise on enterprise systems, and recommend solutions for complex issues.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Systems Analyst required.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile approaches and methodology required.
- Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in Computer Science, or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six Sigma and CBAP certification preferred.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM. This position works 40 hours per week as business needs dictate.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
