Your compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $25.96 - $32.45 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $25.96 - $38.94.

What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closing and funding activities for residential loans, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and investor guidelines.
- Manage post-closing processes, address escalated servicing calls, and facilitate communication between members and servicers to ensure timely resolution, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Requirements:
- Three or more years' experience in loan closing/funding required.
- Experience with conforming and non-conforming loans required.
- Experience reviewing closing documentation is required.
- Knowledge of the First mortgage loan process, from funding through investor purchase preferred.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
