Role Overview:
- Trial Period: Lead a pre-launch Kickstarter aiming for $20,000. Success defined by campaign metrics and engagement.
- Performance Incentive: Double the funding goal to $40,000 for a $10,000 stipend.
- Post-Trial: Equity compensation with potential for salary based on negotiated performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute the Kickstarter campaign to maximize funding.
- Develop and lead a marketing strategy that boosts engagement and meets festival goals.
- Manage all marketing facets, from social media to strategic partnerships.
