The New Business Development Specialist will focus on outbound calling efforts to schedule high-volume discovery meetings with financial advisors. In this role, you will engage with leads via persistent calling campaigns and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities. This is a results-driven position that requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to maintain effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute 250 weekly touchpoints through calls, emails, and meetings to generate interest in our services.
- Follow structured lead follow-up cadences using tools like Kixie, Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously optimize pitches and call scripts for effectiveness and engagement.
- Track pipeline activity, document progress, and report metrics to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Bring on new Advisor accounts
