The Demand Generation Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our company and our advisors by developing and executing lead-generation campaigns. This position requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in working with Financial Marketing Organizations (FMOs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and Independent Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and optimize marketing strategies that resonate with both independent financial advisors and their clients who are 10 years from retirement or already retired.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES
Development Of Strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand buyer personas and anticipate market trends
- Develop strategies to capture high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.\
- Stay current on industry developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, social media, webinars, email marketing, and trade shows.
- Build campaigns that speak to both the needs of financial advisors and their clients, focusing on pre-retirement and retirement planning.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all campaigns and marketing efforts to assess their effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommend adjustments to optimize campaign success.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and transitioned smoothly from marketing to sales.
- Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on key metrics and performance goals.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms, such as email systems, social media management tools, and CRMs, to execute campaigns efficiently and at scale.
- Ensure that all processes are streamlined to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
MUST HAVES:
- Proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns, especially in the financial services industry (FMOs, RIAs, Independent Financial Advisors).
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, particularly around retirement planning.
- Ability to create tailored campaigns for independent financial advisors and their clients, particularly those who are within 10 years of retirement or already retired.
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and systems, such as email platforms, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on demand generation and marketing strategies.
- Proven success in B2B and B2C marketing.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Understanding of financial industry regulations (e.g., SEC guidelines) to ensure compliance with advertising rules and marketing materials
