- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize computer systems and office equipment efficiently to support daily operations.
- Assist with basic inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Korean, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office phone systems and general office procedures is advantageous.
