Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training Lead
Hybrid | Seattle, WA | Contract
Sound of the Sun is expanding with a new branch in Seattle! We're looking for a passionate and driven OCM Training Lead to support a strategic HRIS & Workforce Management (WFM) rollout, working closely with our Business Systems Team—primarily within UKG.
As the OCM Training Lead, you will:
- Create and deliver engaging training content tailored for UKG users
- Build technical understanding across stakeholders
- Empower managers and peer leaders to lead change in their teams
- Ensure smooth adoption of new HRIS and WFM systems
- Drive lasting behavioral and mindset change
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in OCM and training delivery
- Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS/WFM systems
- Proven ability to lead change and develop learning journeys
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced consulting setup
