As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for greeting patients and their families, scheduling appointments, implementing scheduling systems, and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will work in both of our clinics located in Tukwila and West Seattle.

Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling patients according to daily schedule
· Answering and making phone calls
· Intake new patient information
· Maintain recall list
· Enter payments
· Verify insurance and work with insurance companies to maximize patient benefits
· Verify insurance
· Coordinate referrals letters and requests for treatment
· Cross training in sterilization duties
Skills
· Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
