Position Summary:
The People Support Intern will contribute to meaningful projects across the People Operations teams, supporting initiatives that enhance employee experiences, improve internal processes, and streamline systems and resources. This includes, but is not limited to, helping to build and organize content within our internal knowledge base (Vitals), assisting with data administration projects in our HR systems, supporting employment verification efforts, developing content for benefits and wellness initiatives, and providing general administrative support.
The Details: This is a full-time remote opportunity. 10-week internship that will run from early June through August 2025.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will gain exposure to core People Operation functions, while providing support to the team by:
- Learning and assisting with drafting and organizing content for internal People Operations pages on Vitals (SharePoint), knowledge bases within our People Support System (FreshService), and communications for our Benefits and Wellness programs, gaining experience in knowledge management and internal communications.
- Support the employment verification project, including tracking, documentation, and suggesting process improvements based on observations.
- Assist with data entry, audits, and clean-up efforts into our HRIS (Ultipro) and other People systems, developing skills in data management and accuracy.
- Gather information, perform research, and resolve inquiries related to People Operations projects, enhancing research and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform a wide variety of supportive functions and other duties for the People Operations teams, such as learning a Shared Services model and becoming familiar with Tier 0 and Tier 1 support structures, gaining insight into HR support operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and digital file organization.

- Strong technical skills and ability to learn/adapt to new computer programs in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to collaborate with People Operations team members and other functional units.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education:
- A third- or fourth-year student currently enrolled in an accredited college program, pursuing an undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour. Based on experience and geographic location.
