ABOUT THE ROLE

As a project management intern you will provide support to the Chief of Staff, and enterprise project management team. You will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience with project management tools, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication, presentation and problem-solving skills in a business environment.

The Details:  This is a full-time remote opportunity. 12-weeks internship that will run from early June through August 2025.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordination and communication on interdepartmental tasks and processes;
• Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects;
• Support of senior project team members
• Review, create and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness;
• Update and maintain project documentation
• Manage assigned project tasks through completion;
• Shadow project managers and provide valuable contributions;
• Assist with organization of project documentation and published information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A 2^nd / 3^rdyear or graduating student currently enrolled in an accredited college program and pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative skills preferred with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Natural intellectual curiosity with strong research skills

SALARY RANGE

• $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
