Northwest Pain Management is expanding our staff and we are currently looking for a full-time Medical Assistant, CNA or scribe. We are committed to be the preferred provider of pain management services in the region with our primary location is in Mountlake Terrace. Our team has made a positive difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional pain care. As a MA in our clinic each day you will improve the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain through assisting in the use of medical evaluation, treatment, and management strategies characterized by excellence in patient services.
As a Medical Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting Physician and Advanced Practice Provider in the clinical setting
- Data Entry
- Scribing
- Obtaining prior authorizations for medications and procedures
- Patient insurance verification
- Triage patient calls and concerns
- Assist with interventional procedures
- Assist with scheduling
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM, Friday 9AM-2PM. MA's do not work weekends, holidays, or evening hours.

- Reliable transportation
- MA certification preferred but not required.
Compensation: Starting wage $20 to $23 an hour depending on experience
Salary : $20 - $23
