Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice. We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community. Qualifications : Board-certified / eligible in anesthesia. Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling : 26-week Night Float Position 7 on 7 off Or 44 weeks a year avg of 50 hours a week Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off. Key Responsibilities : Physicians act in a supervisory role but enjoy a good amount of clinical work performed independently. Rewards and Benefits : Compensation : 44 weeks a year- $435k for W2 or $460k for 1099 26 weeks a year – $700k Sign-on bonus and quality bonus available Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually. Annual CME allowance.
