Qualifications :
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Board Certified / Eligible - Nurse PractitionerICU Experience required and competency in ICU procedures.Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware.Authorized to work in the United States.Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling :
We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital.Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously.Demonstrate care for medical and surgical patients in an ICU with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.Living and Working in Dover :

Compensation :Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 – $205,000 depending on monthly shift average.Benefits :Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
