Local Team Collaboration
- Lead our close-knit team of three intensivists and four critical care APPs at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
- Work alongside our team comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
- A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and successful completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine
- Board certified/eligible in Critical Care Medicine is required.
- At least 10 years of Critical Care experience with 3 years leading a team of critical care providers
- An active medical license in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain one is required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible Scheduling
- We offer various flexible scheduling options to accommodate different work-life balance needs.
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in an ICU within a 249-bed community hospital.
- Lead multidisciplinary rounds with active team participation.
- Demonstrate care within an ICU setting for medical and surgical patients with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.
- Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Participate in and encourage other team members to participate actively in committees and become part of the larger hospital team.
