Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of nine physicians and two advanced practice providers, supported by a WTH â Dyersburg Hospital clinical performance nurse.
- Work in a team environment that values collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Board certified as a nurse practitioner
- Minimum of two years of emergency medicine experience required.
- Active ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications required.
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to handle high-acuity cases and advanced procedures like intubations, central lines, and chest tube placements.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- Shifts are 9 a.m.â9 p.m. or 2 p.m.â2 a.m., offering flexibility and balance.
- APPs work alongside 24-hour physician coverage in a collaborative model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a 16-bed emergency department, managing approximately 75 patients daily.
- Collaborate with cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery specialists, and other key areas.
- Participate in urgent interventions in a high-acuity setting with opportunities to perform advanced procedures such as intubations, central lines, and chest tube placements.
