We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. Our hospital is committed to bringing better care, collaboration, and community connection to the people we serve.
About Our Team
Our collaborative Emergency Medicine team consists of six EM physicians and 2.5 Advanced Practice Providers, providing 24 hours a day of physician coverage and 10 hours a day of Advanced Practice provider coverage.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM or AOBEM)
- PALS, BLS, ACLS certifications required
Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
We offer flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts and part-time options available.
- Full-time: 120 hours per month
Key Responsibilities and Challenges
You will be working in a dynamic environment with:
- A 12-bed ED with all private rooms and four fast-track beds
- An annual volume of 20,579 patients with a 4% admission rate
- Average of 2.1 patients per hour
- Hospital includes five ICU and 30 med/surg beds
- Level 4 Trauma goal in the future
- Radiology services, including CT/Ultrasound and MRI available during daytime hours
- Diverse specialty services, such as Anesthesiology, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Mobile Crisis Psych, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Wound Care
