- Our team members live nationwide and travel to our hospital partner sites
Qualifications :
Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine.Experience in hospital medicineExperience in leading hospitalist teamsPassionate about teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality patient care.Sound's licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the cost of these licenses.Practice with your Heart
Flexible Scheduling :
Ambassadors work a modified block schedule to maximize travel and minimize transitions, ensuring an optimal work-life balance.Medical director ambassadors work a full-time block schedule (2 blocks per month).Key Responsibilities :
Providing patient care across diverse hospital settings.Demonstrating high adaptability in dynamic clinical environments.Actively participating in team meetings and initiatives to enhance care quality and deliver better care at the bedside.Living and Working as an Ambassador :
