About the Role
As the Client Services Coordinator, your role revolves around ensuring that clients have a positive and satisfying experience with your organization.
This position is classified as Full-Time/Non-Exempt.
Job Duties
- You'll be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with clients. Delivering exceptional service by offering timely responses and accurate information. This involves understanding their individual needs, preferences, and goals. By doing so, you can tailor your services to meet their specific requirements and provide personalized support.
- Implementing tasks received by Advisors and keeping the client and the Advisor abreast of progress
- Partner with other client service team members to achieve group goals
- Clients come from various backgrounds, with unique needs and preferences. Your role involves understanding and respecting this diversity and adapting your approach to ensure every client feels understood and valued.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 2 years of working in a conservative and professional office environment preferably in wealth management, insurance or medical industry experience.
- 2 experience in wealth management, insurance, or medical industry experience
- Careful and accurate
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Database knowledge products, Slack and Google Workspace
- Problem solver who enjoys learning new processes.
- Resourceful and a self-starter
- Capable of noticing details, inferring meaning, and perceiving the proper course of action
- A Skilled Communicator, confident, comfortable, and courteous in written and spoken communication. You are proud of your excellent phone skills
- Focused, you can assess the proper order of execution for an evolving list of priorities and adapt to last-minute changes with ease
