The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and overseeing various human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
- Maintain HR information system records and compile reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee performance management programs.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs on topics such as sexual harassment prevention and diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
