We’re seeking an Client Service Associate who aligns with our core values and is eager to grow in financial planning, tax preparation, and professional development. - You are a relatively new CFP® professional or in process to obtain the designation.
- You have a demonstrated interest in the financial planning and accounting professions and are eager to gain hands-on experience in all aspects supporting a lead advisor.
- You are interested in providing biblical counsel and wisdom to clients, emphasizing God's ownership of all resources including the following expectations:
- Pray with clients as part of fostering a faith-filled environment.
- Deliver financial advice rooted in Kingdom Advisor principles, biblical values, and relevant Scriptures
- Collaborate with senior planners to develop Christ-centered financial strategies.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by providing support, guidance, and biblical wisdom.
- You value the ability to have flexible hours and work independently. You are trainable and would prefer to learn how to work and be free to develop, research, and grow in your area without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
- You want to work at a firm that provides deep, customized financial strategy development that encompasses nearly all areas of finances, not just one focused area. This includes personal and business financial planning and strategy development, accounting and payroll management, and behavioral finance.
Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Provide biblical counsel and wisdom to clients, emphasizing God’s ownership of all resources.
- Equip clients to practice disciplined financial stewardship aligned with biblical principles.
- Research and develop planning and tax strategies alongside senior advisors using core technology.
- Serve as the case manager, participating in client meetings, taking notes, completing administrative tasks, and supporting the team.
- Perform in-depth analysis and research to construct financial strategies tailored to clients' needs.
- Act as the primary point of communication for client requests, questions, follow-ups, and action items.
- Develop a knowledge on personal and small business tax planning and preparation to provide hands-on work on preparing and filing tax returns.
- Developing a working tax knowledge to help with tax questions, payroll work, profit and loss development, and other tax related tasks
What You’ll Experience Day-to-Day
- Pray with clients as part of fostering a faith-filled environment.
- Deliver financial advice rooted in Kingdom Advisor principles, biblical values, and relevant Scriptures.
- Collaborate with senior planners to develop Christ-centered financial strategies.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by providing support, guidance, and biblical wisdom.
New client onboarding
- Attend client discovery meetings where we discuss our firm and the clients needs.
- Review data gathering form, identify missing information and create agenda for get organized meeting; eventually manage and lead get organized process and meeting.
- Input data to assist lead planner with creating initial recommendations; begin to gradually create initial recommendations and questions to review with lead planner as technical knowledge increases.
- Attend client initial recommendation meeting.
Ongoing client meetings
- Manage pre-meeting process.
- Create meeting agenda to review with lead planner; get meeting agenda to be 80% client-ready and collaborate with lead planner on strategic topics to get the agenda to be 100% client-ready.
- If needed, schedule quick working sessions with clients before meetings to gather information.
- Attend client meetings.
- Complete client meeting follow up process with supervision of lead planner.
Ongoing client care
- Answer ongoing client questions via email CRM Tasks; know when to involve the lead planner and when to answer independently. As knowledge and experience evolves, answer the majority of basic to intermediate tactical financial planning and accounting questions independently.
- Master Wealthbox (CRM) and all entries, tasks and workflows.
- Take ownership of client action items – providing proactive reminders, helping clients implement action items & knowing when to involve lead planner.
- Meet directly with clients for periodic meetings to help complete action items and/or answer basic financial and accounting related questions.
- Facilitate communication with clients’ other professionals – CPAs, life insurance, P&C insurance, estate, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (required)
- Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently, research efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Willingness to learn various software platforms, including tax, workflow management, and financial planning tools.
- A humble, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow and serve.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
